Our top client in the travel/transportation industry is searching for a Lead Project Manager to join their team! Candidates must have 7+ years of experience with a strong understanding of financial management, experience managing app dev projects, and experience managing Data Engineering projects. This is a hybrid position, and we are only able to consider candidates local to St. Louis, MO, at this time.
Typically in office 1-2 days per week - possibly more so flexibility is paramount.

Required Qualifications:
- Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding area, with the ability to work at one of our St. Louis campus locations semi-regularly
- 7+ years of experience in project management
- Proven experience managing large-scale, transformational IT application development projects
- Advanced level of proficiency in knowledge of project management tools & concepts, from planning and inception, through implementation, change management and support
- Ability to drive discussions about initiatives and their associated campaigns to create effective deliverables and outcomes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills when interfacing with all levels of management, including c-suite leaders
- Strong meeting facilitation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with any level of senior leader participants
- Ability to foster and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders, leadership and project team members
- Superb relationship management skills, specifically around leading projects with the ability to create a non-adversarial atmosphere and be viewed as a partner across all levels
- Demonstrated high degree of collaboration; works well with others in team environments as it relates to delivering projects and programs
- Demonstrates decisiveness and balanced judgment in complex decision-making and in ambiguous situations
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence; diligent in unblocking problems to maintain delivery momentum
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks, deadlines and demands
- Protect our customers, employees and brands with security and compliance in all decisions; ensure security policy and procedure requirements are met; continuously identify opportunities for improving security and implement strategies to improve our security posture
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Experience and knowledge in data strategy and analytics
- Experience in Agile methodology and CI/CD principles
